Exciting new project update!
We are running a Kickstarter campaign to get our "That Aint a Strawberry Thief" artwork on to giftwrap and wallpaper. We've been working hard behind the scenes to get the artwork ready to print as a repeating pattern, and have samples back from the print supplier. The Kickstarter campaign is all about getting support together so we can make that all important first print run. As a reward for supporting our Kickstarter campaign, you will get the perk of earlier access to wallpaper and giftwrap, at a cheaper price as a thank-you for helping us to get this started! Here are just a few of our favourite products we'd like to share with you, in all their quirkyness and vibrant colours. Great for a gift (alternatively, let out your inner interior designer, treat yourself and jazz up your home!).
Catkin Tree Studio is a small independent business, meaning every product is designed with love and individually packed with care to ship out to you. The studio was dreamt up by Ruth Harris to make her art accessible to enjoy in practical ways. Ruth is an artist, designer and maker based in Oxfordshire and her work reflects her curiosity for all things interesting - but is frequently inspired by the natural world (and cats!). Often her designs are imbued with whimsy and humour, to make something just a bit different! She has exhibited work both at the Oxon Museum in Woodstock, and Aire Place Studios in Leeds. Selected painted artworks are available to buy as prints on homewares through the Catkin Tree Studio website, a few high street outlets and at fairs/events Ruth attends.
